Calling all volunteers! If you would like to work as a volunteer as a Barn Host at the Calgary Stampede, on our Breakfast Committee or Wagon Barns -- to help move wagons, be breakfast host, -- help with barn supplies, or telephone call out to The Roadhouse special events - call us a soon as possible. If you haven't sent in your membership, please do so immediately or call to let us know you will not be joining this year. Either way, your prompt response would be much appreciated - Thank you!

Canvas Auction Buyer's Manual

In addition to your canvas racing each night at this year's Calgary Stampede, you also have the opportunity to have your canvas displayed downtown.

All corporate members have the opportunity to call, as soon as possible, to book a Chuckwagon Breakfast. This is an excellent opportunity to meet new friends, promote your business or organization and enjoy another important aspect of the Calgary Stampede. Each morning of Stampede, except Parade Day and Sundays, the Chuckwagon Breakfast Committee provides you with the chance to bring your wagon to Olympic Plaza or to one of the downtown hotels, to cook a pancake breakfast. All food and materials are supplied.

The Firewagon organization will help get the wagon to and from the downtown area. In addition, you will require a minimum of three people to do the cooking and serving. Firewagon Driver may attend if possible. Deadline for booking is May 15^th, so act soon!
