Membership Classifications

The Firewagon has a number of membership classifications. Read on to help you decide where you or your corporation would fit best into the Firewagon Chuckwagon Association. Corporate members can sign up as Canvas Owner, Wagon Masters, Wagon Owners, Drivers or Outriders. You choose your level of participation for the reward received. Not a corporation? Sign up as an Individual or participate as a Family!

Corporate Membership Privileges Include

• Company name and logo on display wagons all year
• Exclusive Chuckwagon Belt Buckle, Jacket or Shirts
• Use of a display wagon for promotions and company functions
• Invitations to the pre-Stampede Gala, Stampede BBQ's, Breakfasts, Hayrides, Firewagon Chuckwagon Championships and other parties & family gatherings
• V.I.P. at the Tarp signing and invitations to Special Events at the Roadhouse
• Corporate memberships starting at $1000.00 -- Belt Buckle or Firewagon Jacket included ($250 value)
• A hyperlink, from your company name on our corporate page, to your email address or company URL
• Your company's sign displayed at the Stampede Chuckwagon Barns
• All the privileges of buying your own wagon, at the Calgary Stampede.
• Opportunity for breakfast and barn sponsor dates

Wagon Owner - $5000 and up

• 5 Western Firewagon Chuckwagon Buckles, Jackets or 20 Shirts - plus 50 pins
• Exclusive use of one full-size display Chuckwagon for your own promotions for one year
• Your name on the Racing Canvas and 2ft. x 2ft. sign on other display wagon boxes and wagon barns
• Opportunity for your own company tent at the annual September Windup BBQ Event of the year at Whiskey Hill Ranch
  

Driver - $3000

• 3 Western Firewagon Chuckwagon Buckles, Jackets or 12 Shirts - plus 30 pins
• Your name on the Racing canvas and a 2ft. x 2ft. sign on display wagon boxes and wagon barns

Outrider - $1000

• 1 Western Buckle, Jacket or 3 Shirts - plus 10 pins
• Your name on the Racing Canvas and a 1ft. x 2ft. sign on display wagon trailers

• Outrider Shirts and Pins included with membership (Shirt $80 value alone)

• Invitation to Chuckwagon Barns BBQ daily -- all members invited!

Family - $250

• 2 Firewagon shirts valued at $160
• 5 official Firewagon Pins
• All the privileges of wagon sponsorship

Individual - $150

• 1 Firewagon shirt valued at $80
• 1 official Firewagon Pin
• All the privileges of wagon sponsorship

Your Sponsor/Member Benefits, (Membership has its privileges)

• During the 10 days approximately 180,000 people are watching the chuckwagon races at the track
• Hundreds of thousands more watch on television every night.
• Our major Corporate sponsors, along with the Firewagon name appears on nationally televised news and sports, on radio and in print
• Every night, when the Firewagon is up to the barrels, the announcer promotes our major sponsor and wagon through slogan and quick summaries of our initiative and our major sponsor(s) products/services
• The competition and enthusiasm of the race is an excellent form of promotion and entertainment for our sponosrs, as well as their staff/customers and the Firewagon members (individual, family and/or corporate)
• Your sponsorship of the Firewagon provides you with access behind the track to the barns, (free admission is prior to 2 pm and passes are requred after 2 pm at ALL back gates.. Passes are limited and reserved for our corporate sponsors and volunteers)
• The Firewagon team will coordinate with our chuckwagon driver to host guests/sponsors
• The Firewagon BBQ is ALWAYS grilling (before and after the races). A donation box has been set up to accept donations with the proceeds going to our charities of choice. Also a refreshment vending machine is provided by Jaytec Vending Co. It’s the cheapest beer on Stampede Park!
• Enjoy Daily Entertainment: The Firewagon Band, along with the occassional special guest(s) will entertain back at the Firewagon Barn before and after the races (leading up to the nightly fireworks)

NOTE:

We're sorry, access to the Stampede grounds each day is NOT part of the Firewagon sponsorship/membership due to the limited amount of passes provided by the Calgary Stampede
